1. Acceptance of terms
These terms apply to your use of Spider TV 4K. If you do not agree, do not use the application or website.
2. Nature of the service
Spider TV 4K is a media player that lets a user enter details for a service obtained independently.
Spider TV 4K does not provide television subscriptions, sell channels, movies, or series, host the content added by the user, control the availability or quality of a provider’s content, or grant rights in third-party content.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you use the application on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept the terms for that organization.
4. Application license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for lawful personal use, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which the application was downloaded.
This license does not transfer ownership of the application, its marks, code, or design.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming that you have a lawful right to access the content you add, complying with applicable law and your provider’s terms, keeping your subscription details confidential, entering accurate information, and using the application in a way that does not harm the service or other users.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use the application to gain unauthorized access to content or systems, infringe intellectual property rights, share login details you are not allowed to share, circumvent technical or security limits, reverse engineer or extract secrets from the application except as permitted by law, introduce malware, abuse support services or generate diagnostic reports in bulk by automated means, or use the application for any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-party service providers
Subscription details and servers added by the user belong to independent providers. We do not guarantee that a provider’s service will continue, that a particular channel or title will be available, that playback quality will be acceptable, that subscription details are valid, that a connection limit will be honored, or that a subscription will be renewed or refunded.
Issues about subscriptions, content, or billing must be directed to the subscription provider.
8. Application availability and updates
We may release updates to fix defects or improve performance, compatibility, or security. Some features may change or pause for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device or operating system version.
9. Technical support
Spider TV 4K support covers application functions only, such as launching the application, navigation and settings, technical faults, diagnostic reports, and device compatibility.
Support does not include selling or renewing subscriptions, repairing a provider’s server, supplying channels or movies, or recovering login details issued by an independent provider.
10. Privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The Spider TV 4K name, logo, design, software, and original materials are protected under applicable law. These terms do not grant a right to use the trademark or to copy or redistribute the application without permission. Third-party titles and marks remain owned by their owners.
12. Disclaimer
The application is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every third-party server, format, or title will always work, and we do not warrant that independent subscription services will continue.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spider TV 4K is not liable for interruption of a subscription provider’s service, loss of access to third-party content, incorrect or expired login details, misuse of the application, or indirect loss arising from an external service we do not operate.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Suspension and termination
Access to our application services may be limited in cases of abuse, attempted intrusion, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the application and delete its data from the device at any time.
15. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when application features or legal requirements change. The updated version applies from the publication date shown at the top of this page.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
A registered operating entity and a specific jurisdiction have not yet been published for this service. Until they are added to this page, mandatory rights and obligations under the laws that apply to you in your place of residence remain in effect and are not excluded. We do not designate a default court.
